What Exactly Is Fear of Failure?

This is a very good question and one that I have had to ask myself many times.  I have found myself looking at others and saying: “They are scared of success”.  Which is really funny because when I was looking hard at my fear of failure I realized I too was scared of success because the fear of success is actually the fear of failure.
